As you are the first point of contact for customers and dealers who have a technical problem or require product support, customer focus, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are of the highest priority.
- A key role is to prepare the Navman products for dispatch and installation
- Accurately pick items allocated to orders from the stock room. Ensure that the correct unit and serial number is taken for dispatch. Manually test and programme all units with the correct firmware and messages before dispatch.
- Full Training will be provided. We offer a realistic remuneration package and an excellent working environment.
