Driver Behaviour Reports
Set a new benchmark in driver performance
The information available through Telematics reporting can undoubtedly help businesses make huge savings. However, Telematics reports have a history of being very data rich and complex, which has resulted in many businesses not benefitting from the insight the technology provides.
The Navman Wireless Smart Telematics reporting suite has been designed with a different mind-set, to deliver reports containing actionable information, so users can instantly identify problems and take action with absolute certainty.
The Smart Telematics reporting suite is also very flexible, allowing users to set rules based on vehicle type, so they can have complete confidence in the accuracy and relevance of the information. The reports can also be defined by vehicle and/or driver, so when your drivers switch between vehicles you can keep track of their performance. So what reports are available? Here a few examples…
Instantly review the efficiency of your vehicles, the performance of your drivers and take suitable action with the new driver scorecard report.
- The customisable report is based on four key performance indicators (speeding, harsh braking, idling and over RPM) against which drivers are scored.
- The report displays your driver’s performance against each KPI and also their overall score.
- Driver scores are based on a 100 point system, scores of 100 are best and scores on 0 are worst. Points are deducted from each KPI for instances of poor performance.
- The level of penalty for each KPI is customisable ensuring the report is focussed on the areas where you want to see improvement.
- The report can also include overall driver fuel economy and CO2 emissions.
- Drivers can be categorised into customisable performance bands. Performance bands are colour coded on the report.
- The report is normalised, so drivers can be fairly compared, irrespective of distance travelled and time spent driving.
Monitor CO2 emissions across your entire fleet and drill down to view the performance of a single vehicle. View trends and monitor performance against targets, see a tangible result from your eco efforts.
- Instantly view CO2 emissions for the entire business and individual vehicles.
- Customisable reports - view data by vehicle or driver, choose to include cost of fuel and define specific time periods.
- Know the percentage of CO2 emitted when vehicle is being driven, when idle and when a PTO is engaged.
- Dynamic Dashboard compatible - Easily monitor performance against KPI’s and drill down to find out the cause of inefficiency.
View a detailed summary of an individual drivers performance, perfect for driver debriefs and training.
- Analyse an individual driver’s performance against fleet averages and business goals either weekly or monthly.
- Look at an individual driver’s performance trends either for the last 6 months or the last 6 weeks.
- View an individual driver’s performance against each KPI for the current month or week.
- The customisable report is based on four key performance indicators (speeding, harsh braking, idling and over RPM) against which drivers are scored.
- Driver scores are based on a 100 point system, scores of 100 are best and scores on 0 are worst. Points are deducted from each KPI for instances of poor performance.
Identify how many times and the length of time a driver broke key ROI parameters
- Instantly identify the main problem areas which need addressing
- Tailor your driver training based on areas of weakness
- Reducing the number of times key ROI parameters are broken will have a huge impact on your fuel efficiency
- Displays every occasion a vehicle breaks a defined parameter, what parameter they broke and when they broke it.
View the locations where your drivers break key ROI parameters, helping you identify why the parameter was broken.
- Instantly view the locations where your drivers break key ROI parameters
- Instantly know if your driver is braking late at junctions, speeding on the motorways or idling excessively at customer sites
- Correct problems with training and improve your fuel efficiency
View second by second information for the 2 minutes prior to an incident. Find out exactly what happened!
- An event is classed as an incident when huge deceleration is recorded
- You can see second by second details of what happened, whether the driver was braking, accelerating or not doing anything
- An important safety feature to help ensure incidents are kept to a minimum, through on going driver training.
