Reports can also be emailed to other members of your management team, without them ever having to know how the system works or needing to log in. Every Monday morning the company accountant could get a timesheet report to verify overtime claims for example, or the HR manager could get monthly speed reports to identify high risk drivers.
Of course, we know that the last thing you need is yet another mountain of information and data to wade through. That’s why we offer reporting by exception, so you can choose to get a report only if something breaks the mould, for example, if a vehicle moves when it should be stationary or if an engine has been running idle for an excessive period of time. Instead of being another thing to worry about, the system does the thinking for you and provides you the information you need when you need it.

Reports can be set by either driver or vehicle and can be exported into other software packages such as Excel, so the data can be represented graphically.
