Our six most popular reports

Timesheet Report
Save the time and the tedium of manually calculating timesheets by simply running a timesheet report. This report highlights the time employees started and finished work and calculates a daily total. You can also compare the amount of time drivers are spending on the road against time on site, helping you identify any inefficiencies within the business.

Unauthorised Event Report
Displays any unauthorised vehicle activity, highlighting the parameter that was broken and when it was broken. Running this report on a regular basis will help you identify when vehicles are being used out of work hours, or if a vehicle leaves boundaries it is supposed to remain inside. Putting a stop to such activities can have a significant impact on fuel bills.

Vehicle Trip Report
View the number of journeys completed on any day by all, or just one of the vehicles in your fleet. This report will help you identify the number of jobs attended by your drivers, and if there were any unscheduled stops along the way. You can also view the length of time that was spent on site, which will help you provide quick and accurate invoicing.

Maintenance Status Report
Stay road legal by keeping up to date with all of you vehicle maintenance requirements.  Find out when your vehicles need to be serviced, when their MOTs are due and when their insurance is going to expire. Running this simple report will help you schedule vehicle downtime to minimise impact on business operations. By keeping all of your vehicles properly maintained, you can also fulfil your duty of care obligations to your staff and protect yourself from the recent corporate manslaughter legislation.

Idle Report by Vehicle
Identify when, where and for how long the vehicles in your fleet have been idle (stationary, with the engine running). Pre-determine an idle time limit and every time the vehicle breaks this, it will be recorded on the report. By reducing vehicle idling, you can significantly reduce your fuel bill.  Evidence suggests that every 10 minutes of vehicle idling uses one tenth of a litre in fuel!

Over-speed Report
Set a maximum allowed speed, and identify when a driver breaks this limit. With this report you can view where, when and how regularly this speed has been broken, enabling you to identify high risk drivers who speed regularly. As well as actively protecting your drivers you can dramatically reduce your fuel bill, especially when you consider that driving at 70 mph rather than 50 mph uses 30% more fuel.
